Site Manager

Exciting Site Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading hotel / fit out developer.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on projects averaging around £5 - £35 million, with a focus on structural work, CAT A, CAT B and externals.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Acting as No.2 to a Project Manager on site
Communication with sub contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Day to day running of site Requirements for Site Manager:

Experience with affordable residential or converting offices/retail spaces to hotels
Externals and structural experience
Fit out experience
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering What we offer for Site Manager:
