Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join our agency for part-time roles at various locations in Slough. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service, helping our clients create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
