A client-focused Project and Cost Management consultancy is looking for a highly skilled and professional Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic Birmingham team.

The Senior Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will become an integral part of a cohesive team of 15 in Birmingham, where a collaborative and supportive culture thrives. You'll oversee a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Projects typically range from £5m to £30m, with some major undertakings reaching up to £200m.

The Senior Project Manager
Ideally MRICS, though not essential
RICS-accredited degree qualification
Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT.
A proven track record of managing successful projects.
Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
Comfortable managing projects from £5m to £30m, with some up to £200mIn Return?
