Retrofit Assessor Contract - South Wales

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Retrofit Specialist who do work across the UK and are conducting assessments on social housing properties as part of a new project that is starting in South Wales.

They need a Retrofit Assessor who can carry out around 30-40 assessments on a short-term contract through the SHDF scheme.

They are looking for someone with Retrofit experience to carry out these assessments, with the opportunity for more work in future as tender bids continue to go through.

This role will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessment surveys of dwellings,

Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
Any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.
All lodgements will be carried out by the assessor and uploaded through Elmhurst. Assessors will be paid per assessment.

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessment
