Restaurant Supervisor

Find My Staff Ltd are recruiting a restaurant supervisor for our insta-famous fast food based client in the city of Westminster.

You will be working on a rota pattern, the restaurant is open for breakfast from 10am and closes around midnight - this will include working some mornings, days, weekdays and weekends so must be fully flexible in regards to this.

Your duties will include:

* Supervising and managing staff

* Helping and covering team members in the restaurant/ kitchen

* Ensuring good customer satisfaction and handling complaints

* Training new staff members

* Enforcing sanitation standards and safe food handling procedures

* Working alongside the restaurant manager to collaberate new ideas

* Ensuring customers have a fantastic experience

This is a position that will become permanent after 6 months, for the first 6 months you will be paid on a weekly basis.
