This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington for our customer care team. There will be an element of Hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend Handover Meetings with Project Teams and assist with completion of Handover information.
* Review Client Contracts as required to assess and understand Contractual obligations in respect of scope, defect management and maintenance requirements.
* Review existing Subcontract Orders to understand Contractual obligations in respect of scope, defect management and maintenance requirements.
* Assisting Operational team in relation to Client work requests and queries
* Issue relevant Contractual letters as and when required protecting the business and enabling cost recoveries.
* Assist Operational team with supply chain management as and when required
* Attendance at internal and external review meetings
* Working with operational team to ensure cost recovery from Clients and Supply Chain where required
* Raise and issue Sub-Contract Orders in line with Company guidelines and procedures
* Issue subcontractor Payment Notices, Payments and Pay Less Notices as required and in line with Company guidelines and procedures.
* Assist with recovery of Final defects Certificates and Final Retention Monies from Clients
* Assist with the preparation and issuing out of Tender documents as required, provide analysis of returns and share finding with operational teams.
* Assist with undertaking cost and works analysis for internal Reporting
We’re Looking For:
* BSc in Quantity Surveying
* Chartered member of RICS
* JCT Contracts
* Commercial knowledge
* Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Construction industry
