Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker in our supported living service, you will play a crucial role in assisting both younger and older adults with their daily living needs. Your responsibilities will include personal care, organising and accompanying individuals on outings, and working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure a supportive and safe atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
Plan and participate in outings and recreational activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to helping others.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to adapt to various tasks and manage time efficiently.
Minimum of 6 months UK Healthcare Experience
