* Develop and manage design strategies to ensure project success
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity
* Oversee the production of detailed design drawings and specifications
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design documentation
* Provide technical guidance and support to design team members
