Gardener

We are looking for a passionate and skilledGardener/Landscaperto work based at a Residential Development in Southwest London. If you have a love for nature, an eye for design, and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!

As a Gardener/Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring that all landscaping work enhances the aesthetic appeal and functionality of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, pruning, and nurturing trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns
• Lawn care including mowing, aerating, and edging
• Designing and installing new landscape features (e.g., flower beds, walkways, patios)
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Weed control, pest management, and soil preparation
• Operating and maintaining garden tools and machinery
• Seasonal planting and maintaining existing landscape designs
• Ensuring gardens and outdoor spaces are kept clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
• Collaborating with clients to meet their specific landscaping needs and vision

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and garden maintenance techniques
• Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to garden design
• Previous experience in property maintenance or gardening roles
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems (preferred but not essential)
