Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Midlands, National Role Covering 20 Sites
Salary: Up to £37,000 basic + travel + overtime

Responsibilities:
* Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and repair works.
* Work on HVAC systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and minor mechanical tasks (pumps, fans, motors).
* Manage contractors and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Receive AP training for additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Experience in property maintenance (hospital experience preferred).
* Mechanical skills (pumps, motors) are a plus.
* Knowledge of HVAC, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems.
* Willingness to work in a team and travel nationwide.
* Full UK driving license
