With a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of exceptional hospitality professionals.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L accounts.
• A deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle the demands of a high-profile establishment.
