My client is a luxury hotel in the Bristol City Centre looking for a proactive Sales Manager, the location has fantastic leisure facilities, relaxing Spa and busy large capacity Restaurant. The Hotel also can accommodate large corporate numbers.

The Job…

Working as the Sales Beverage Manager you will manage the running of the Sales Team within the Hotel on a day to day operations, by implementing high standards, sales tasks and KPI's with your team for all areas of the Hotel including all dining areas, and corporate meeting rooms. Being a strong Sales Manager and guiding your team into giving an excellent customer experience.

The Person Specification…

* The ideal Sales Manager would come from a strong Hotel management background, quality 4/5 star Hotel employment history

* Assistant Sales Managers will also be considered for the next step up

* Preferably come from a Sales Hotel background

* Experience with Rooms Divisions, and M&E / Weddings would be beneficial

* The ability to multi task, and manage multiple Sales strategies.

* Smart, articulate, be computer literate with Micros packages

* Knowledge of Opera & front office systems would be a benefit

* Proactive and organised is essential.
