- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a pre-written script
- Present and sell our marketing services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting targets
- Respond to inbound inquiries
- Proven experience in cold calling and selling B2B services
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt messaging as needed
- Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
- Strong self-discipline and time management in a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing services
