Senior Construction Project Manager job opportunity available NY Metro
This will be working for a very profitable, privately held, expanding, upscale restaurant operator that was founded in 2007. The group is comprised of upscale restaurants in New York City , Miami, Texas, Los Angeles, Las Vegas. and Denver, which are owned or managed by the group. Their extraordinary depth of experience, combined with a fresh new vision for design, hospitality and cuisine, uniquely positions these concepts for success.
The Senior Construction Project Manager represents company by managing new and remodel construction projects. This position is responsible for project due diligence and set up, project management including but not limited to documentation, budgeting, bidding, contract execution, and for a successful delivery of construction projects.
Experience required includes:
Bachelor's Degree; prefer Architectural, Engineering or Construction management.
7+ years of construction experience strongly preferred.
Previous experience managing large budgets and multiple projects concurrently; strong finance skills preferred.
