About the Role
HRC Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable bar staff to join our team in Edinburgh. You'll be working in some of the city's most exciting venues, ranging from popular bars and restaurants to special events and festivals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional service to customers
Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, including cocktails
Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
Handling cash and card payments efficiently
Adhering to health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential - training will be provided
A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
A passion for hospitality and customer service
