Hays is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and innovative boutique building consultancy. Due to continuing growth, this consultancy is now looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role

My client has an impressive and dynamic portfolio of projects and clients across the UK. They have many ongoing contracts with luxury hoteliers and private residential developers, student accommodation, distilleries and Grade A office facilities.


Responsibilities will include

• Demonstrating self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work independently
• Membership of RICS
• Excellent core Quantity Surveying and Project Management skills
• A track record of managing programmes of work
• Excellent client interface skills
• Experience of managing complex building contracts.
• Undertaking cost analysis and producing detailed reports
