Banqueting Supervisor

Are you ready to enter a new role in five-star luxury service? Do you want to help deliver outstanding meetings, weddings, and other spectacular events Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a Supervisor in our Meeting and Event Operations team.

From weddings, dinners, and cocktail parties to conferences and press junkets, you will ensure that all in-house events and meetings run seamlessly — providing an experience that goes above and beyond our guests' high expectations.

As Supervisor you will support the Meetings & Events Management Team in the seamless running of the department, developing the team to deliver flawless service for our guests, ensuring that exceptional standards are maintained at all times and are in keeping with a 5-star luxury hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the team enhances the guest experience and exceeds their expectations. You will have good planning and organisational skills, be highly efficient and have a great eye for detail. You will be disciplined, and adaptable and always work promptly ensuring our reputation is maintained. You will thrive in a high-pressured and dynamic environment ensuring a consistently high level of productivity and paying particular attention to detail, recognising and grasping opportunities in securing new business for the hotel, whilst ensuring our existing guests are entirely satisfied.
