Do you want to work for a Premium Mixer brand that prioritises fresh ingredients and high quality taste? Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a great track record in bringing on new business and a passion for Drinks?

The Advocate Group are currently representing a Premium Mixer brand that are fast gaining market share through the taste quality and ingredients against other competitors. They have some well-regarded, easily recognised customers in this region including Gusto, New World Trading, The Botanist and The Ivy.

Now recruiting for a Business Development Manager to seek out new prospects to partner with and expand current business with existing customers within the on trade market. The Business Development Manager will help drive brand awareness across their region by educating Bartenders on their differentiators and USPs in market.

Responsibilities will include:

• Targeting key multiple accounts in given territory
• Influencing key bartenders
• Working closely with customers to ensure they receive a timely and efficient service when placing orders
• Continue to maintain and develop relationships with current customers
• Working with various Route to Market wholesalers and ensuring strong representation
• Maximise sales through educating customers on the company brand and portfolio.
• Represent the brand by attending events and tastings

About You:

• On Trade experience is essential - through either Sales or Hospitality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to demonstrate a passion for the industry
• Highly organised, good time management and planning skills
• Strong track record of developing new business and client retention
