Junior Sous Chef

Loudons is a family run business with 2 busy city centre cafes. We are continuing to grow and are now looking to hire a Junior Sous Chef to keep up with demand. We pride ourselves ondeveloping our chefsby providing the opportunity to rotate through & learn to manage all our kitchens.

To be successful in this role, with the support of our head chef & sous chefs you will be responsible for:

• Leading the team through a busy service
• Placing orders with our suppliers
• Training junior members of staff with our inhouse personal development plan
• Managing stock control & recording wastage
