Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus tbc

The role of the Business Development Manager Facades & Cladding Systems will involve:

Business Development Manager position promoting a high quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication such as: aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, faade systems, insulated panels, aluminium pressing

Majority of your time will be spent dealing with and selling to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors

May have smaller interaction with main contractors and architects

Working on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector on projects such as: hotels, universities, hospitals, hotels, office blocks etc

Project sizes range from £20k-£1m

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager Facades & Cladding Systems Facades with:

Must have field sales experience selling related systems for example: cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, insulation etc

Must have sold to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors

Must be technical minded and able to overcome technical queries

Commercially astute, professional, organised and a logical thinker

Positive, professional and customer service orientated
