Head Chef

Heathcote&Co is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to join our team at the Salford Community Stadium. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment, including busy function services and match day hospitality for Sale Sharks and Salford Red Devils rugby clubs.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in large-scale banqueting to a high culinary standard
• Familiarity with stadium operations would be advantageous

• Uphold and exceed quality standards while meeting cost targets
• Adhere to the Health & Safety Policy in line with current legislation
• Manage stock rotation across all storage rooms to minimise food wastage
• Maintain exceptional food quality in terms of taste, presentation, and service
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and hygienic by implementing and adhering to cleaning schedules
• Commit to personal professional development through internal and external training
• Coach and support team members to foster succession opportunities within the company
• Contribute to the company's success by aligning with its aims and objectives

• Essential administrative skills include stock ordering and rota creation

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable based on experience
