Lead Full Stack Software Developer

Synchro is proud to be working with the UKs leading provider of software designed to simplify the management of student accommodation, events and hospitality. With a global client base, they support universities and large organizations in streamlining operations while improving engagement and service delivery.

We are now looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React and extensive experience in full stack development within a cloud-native environment. You will collaborate in a dynamic, agile, cross-functional team, driving user-centered design and iterative development. Your role will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge software solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.

What are we looking for…

• Proficient in React, HTML, SQL, MongoDB,
• Extensive experience in management and team leadership, promoting best practices in both front-end and back-end development.
• Expertise in AWS and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on scalability and resilience.
• Deep understanding of customer usage patterns and the ability to shape the product roadmap through feedback and innovation.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with C# or Golang.
