Job Description
Are you a talented chef with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences? This historic and iconic destination in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join the dynamic kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation- Lead and inspire the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, maintaining consistency and excellence in all dishes- Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to our seasonal offerings- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- A passion for using fresh, local ingredients to create memorable dishes- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service with ease- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
