Amicus are on the lookout for Recruitment Consultants to join our US team in Manchester. This role is perfect for a delivery consultant who is looking to transition into 360 without having to compromise their billings.

With an average fee of £35,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the world!!

The role

No two days are ever the same. From day one, you will be working alongside one of our top billers delivering candidates to exciting tech companies in New York, Tampa, Boston, DC, Pittsburg, Miami, Charlotte and Philadelphia.

While you headhunt, you will go through our award-winning training program to ensure you are successful in business development and winning new clients. You’ll be involved in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from generating your own client base, meeting clients, and engraving yourself in the tech community, through to sourcing requirements and finding your candidates their dream job!

What do I need to be successful?

• Have previous experience as a resource/headhunter/delivery consultant in the tech industry
• A willingness to listen, learn and succeed
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with colleagues and clients
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Takes an enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges

• Base salary £25,000 + Superb Uncapped Commission Scheme (First year £40k, Second Year £60k, Third Year £100k)
