Overview of Role:


As a Sales Executive at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre, you will play a pivotal role in championing our exceptional facilities and services to the local community.


Your efforts will drive revenue, grow memberships, and ensure a remarkable experience for all our guests. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.


  • Sales and Coordination: Promote, sell, and coordinate events, including weddings, birthday celebrations, golf events, and corporate packages. Whether customers want to celebrate or just have fun, you'll be their go-to host.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborative Event Planning: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless execution of all sold events, covering every detail for client satisfaction.
  • Promotion and Outreach: Proactively promote Wycombe Heights Golf Centre’s services and facilities, using your networking skills to attract potential clients.
  • Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with the marketing team to boost visibility and outreach through various channels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and members, ensuring their experience at Wycombe Heights is outstanding.


About You:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the leisure, or hospitality industry.
  • Have your own transport and live within a 30-minute drive of High Wycombe.
  • Able to work weekends and occasional evenings.
