A bit about what you will do...
The successful individual will Assist the Director of Sales in management of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations, and management of the sale team with a core focus on MICE, Corporations and Groups.

• Assisting in producing the Annual Revenue Plan Implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure revenue plan objectives are achieved.
• Analysing current and potential markets/trends
• Bringing in new and repeat business for the hotel.
• Creating and implementing special programmes to achieve greater productivity through.
• Managing key accounts via Agents, Accor & Arora account managers
• Co-ordinating the development of all promotional material
• Providing direction on and conducts market research.
• Monitoring competitor activities
• Planning and executing sales trips to major market areas.
• Attending major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel.
• Producing monthly Sales reports and forecasts

More about you...

• Can demonstrate a successful track record of MICE, Corporate and Group sales.
• Proven Customer Relationship Management Skills.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years experience leading high-performance sales teams
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Delphi
