Pay is DOE: $120,000 - $180,000+/year + Sign-On Bonus
* The pay range offered to the successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific details and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Senior Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee, supervise, and lead a dynamic team to deliver a multitude of private land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients expectations.
* Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
* Prepare written proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
* Act as the main point of contact for your clients and be responsible for all project related items.
* Possess the technical abilities and skills to guide a team of engineers in all aspects of the project.
* Exceed client expectations through clear communication and execution of the project
Senior Civil Project Manager Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
* Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
* 8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, managing project, and/or programs.
* Ability to manage projects/programs independently.
* Self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
