Job Description

Goldmills Recruitment are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our fast growing Hospitality division based in Billericay, Essex covering the South of the UK.


Recruitment Consultant

£26,000 to £32,000 Basic

Excellent bonus structure

Due to an amazing growth over the last 6 months Goldmills are looking for someone to join our forever growing Hospitality division. the ideal candidate would support the expansion of growth by bringing on new clients through business development and relationships of professionals within the industry as well as maintaining our current clients needs.

Ideally with at least 2 years Hospitality experience or 1 years recruitment experience in the Hospitality sector.


You will be given some clients to work with as soon as you start but the aim is to grow your own successful desk with support of our business development team and management.


We have some well known clients in the hospitality industry ranging from Hotels, Restaurants, Events companies and more. We operate across London and Essex with an existing successful team of temporary and permanent vacancies ready to fill.

You will have the flexibility to supply our clients with either FOH or BOH staff on a temporary and permanent basis.

We have a very relaxed office with casual wear each day and a team of experienced hospitality professionals with amazing support from our hands on directors.


Ideally we are looking for someone to start asap as we are about to go into the busiest period of the year for Hospitality but also happy to wait for the right individual who is looking for a long term career and progression within the company.


We have an excellent CRM system to support you with your day to day operations along with competitive technology like our own app to book in candidates to support simplifying your recruitment process daily.


The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.

Qualifications


  • Quota or goal oriented
  • At least 1 year in a similar role in Hospitality Recruitment
  • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
  • Team player
  • At least 2 years in the Hospitality industry
