Senior Landscape Architect

We are looking for a talented individual to join an award winning Landscape design practice in Manchester. This practice works across a diverse range of sectors including public realm, urban parks, educational and campus projects.

The role is for a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for design and delivery whilst also overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand and address design requirements
• Develop and present creative design proposals, incorporating both aesthetic and functional elements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Liaise with contractors and oversee construction activities to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project design and delivery
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute preferable
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Autocad, Full Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Word, Excel, Revit beneficial.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
