Situated on the first floor of the hotel, overlooking the lobby, Barbounia is truly unique space within the heart of the hotel, offering locals and travellers alike a place to convene and converse over carefully cared for food and drink. The menu combines Mediterranean flair and flavours under the creative direction of Executive Chef Ioannis Polykhronakis and his team. Steeped in seasonality, the menu features dishes that utilise local ingredients, creating an all-day dining experience that transcends time.

Barbounia is open 7 days per week for breakfast and Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.

As aWaiter/Waitressyou will welcome both visitors and hotel guests. As well as service delivery you will also provide advice and guidance to guests to compliment guest menu choices and enhancing their overall dining experience.

Your Profile

• Previous experience as a Commis Waiter or Waiter ideally gained within a brasserie in a luxury hotel, a casual fine dining restaurant or the like
• Excellent knowledge and appreciation of food & wine
• Your communication skills will be exceptional with the confidence to build strong working relationships and connect with guests visiting us from all over the world - fluentlevel of spoken English is essential and another language is advantageous
• Immaculate personal grooming
• Flexibility to mornings, evening and weekend shifts
