We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to take on this exciting opportunity for a hotel in central bath. The hotel is undergoing an extensive refurbishment which will include a brand new, open plan restaurant where the kitchen team will prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire.

The Place
A luxury hotel in central Bath. This 100-bedroom hotel is due to embark on a multi-million-pound transformation which will see all the guest rooms, public area space and F&B fully refurbished and will also include a luxury spa facility

The Person
The Successful Head Chef will have the following:

• Already be an established Head chef from a high-end restaurant background
• Experience of working with the very best fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and cooking over open fire are essential.
• Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional food quality
• Passion for great food, drinks and service.
• Experience with multi outlets preferably.
• A background in (very) busy, fast moving, city centre restaurants is highly desirable.
