Sous Chef role available with Luxury Hotel
Our Client is recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their luxury Hotel restaurant kitchen in the Harrogate area. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to AA rosette standard for the fine dining restaurant with no banqueting work.. The role is a 40 hour week with excellent career development and benefits. The hotel can offer a 4 day working week for good work/life balance.

The Role -
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients
- Preparing and plating for fine dining restaurant
- Opportunity for career progression
The Person
- Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
- Have experience of working in a fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchen ideally to AA rosette levels
- Ambitious to work in top kitchen
