We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4 Star Hotel located in Aylesbury. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for fresh food fine dining. As a Chef de Partie you will be trained by a team of talented chefs to a Michelin level.

The Perks

The Chef de Partie will receive:

• Salary up to £30,000 plus service
• 40-hour week and overtime paid
• Onsite parking
• Meals on Duty

Our client is a Luxury 4 Star Hotel in Aylesbury which dates back to the 1500s. On site they have a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and a Luxurious Spa with an amazing reputation for fresh, innovative food and exceptional service.

The Person

The ideal Chef de Partie will have:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similiar fresh food environment
• Ideally from a rosette background
• Ability to help with kitchen duties and tasks
• Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
• Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
• A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
