You need to have:

- passion about food and be a true foodie at heart

- demonstrable experience in a similar role

- a positive work attitude with excellent people skills

- experience and confidence working with the finest-quality ingredients, especially steaks, in a busy kitchen-setting

- passion about consistently delivering the best product to our guests

- the skill to motivate, nurture and coach your colleagues

- theknowledge of Food Safety regulations and practises and be in compliance with them

- the ability to manage stock carefully, control costs and achieve objectives

- Salary: OTE from £40k per year (including service charge).

Please note:

- Due to the location of our restaurant, you will be required to work on a shift basis divided between daytimes, evenings and weekends.
