My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele. They are looking for a hard-working resourceful Food and Beverage Assistant to join their back of house team, maintaining the high standard of sanitation in kitchen areas and of utensils.

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant will be:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.

• Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining table settings to the highest standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and effectively, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

• Assist with special events, functions, and banquets as required, providing support to the food and beverage team.

The ideal Food and Beverage Assistant will:

• Be a driven self motivated individual with a real passion to learn.

• Have great communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

• Ideally have experience working in a F&B role previously.

• Good teamwork skills, while still being able to work individually when needs be.

Salary: £24,960 per annum

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days
