About Hot Dogs by Three Darlings:

Hot Dogs is an exciting new dining concept inthe prestigious Harrods Dining Hall in Knightsbridge, London. Hot Dogs by Three Darlings aims to provide a hot-dog restaurant gourmet within hot-dog stand. Serving five fantastic flavours as well as Koffman fries, milkshakes and sundaes, and Martinis and Champagne for the grown-ups.

About you:

We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Chef Manager. As a Chef Manager you would possess strong operational skills and knowledge and be passionate about food preparation, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable experience whilst at the hot-dog stand and are eager to return to experience our fine dining hot-dog gourmet experience. You would have excellent eye for detail for every plate that you and your Team prepares and be a confident Leader and communicator, liaising between the Kitchen and Front of House Team to ensure a smooth operation as well as communicating and representing yourself in a professional manner with other stakeholders within Harrods department stores and the Social Company Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes as per the menu description and abiding to Company standards
• Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygiene standards
• Work effectively as part of the Team, collaborating with other junior Chefs to ensure a smooth service

Manage ordering and stock rotation

Quality control and managing food cost

Produce financial reports

• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role in a fine dining environment
• Experience of working as a Chef whilst overseeing the Front of House operations is strongly desired
• Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
• Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
• Ability to work under pressure and effective delegation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a Team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Food Safety level 3 certificate will be an advantage
• Experience on processing rotas and payroll
• Experience on using Fourth Hospitality will be an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced open kitchen environment
