We are hiring for a Territory Manager within the Kent area to promote the Olympus Urology Porfolio.


What is the purpose of this role?

The role involves meeting regularly with clinical staff business and procurement managers within the hospital to demonstrate the value of Olympus service with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support.


Key duties


  • Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP
  • Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
  • Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • Deliver support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
  • Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM
  • Co-ordinating sales activity across the customer stakeholder group to include regular service delivery review meetings, sales presentations to build customer understanding of the service value proposition.
  • Manage the sales activity within an endoscopy/ theatre environments inclusive of, service deliver presentations, and clinical face to face and virtual meetings.
  • Proactively use the Integrated Sales Process & relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities
  • A robust understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit


To be considered for this role you will:


  • Ideally degree level qualification - desirable
  • Experience within a field sales environment within the healthcare industry or service solution-based sales sector
  • Full driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Focussed personal continuous improvement & development
