Chef De Rang Role:

• Welcome and assist guests, providing in-depth explanations of the menu and wine options.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and drinks.
• Oversee the organisation of your section's table setup and service procedures.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier to ensure timely and precise service.
• Maintain high standards of dish quality and quickly address any guest concerns.
• Assist in training and supporting junior staff as required.
• Supervise the accurate entry of food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are properly noted.
