General Manager

Draycote Hotel and Whitefields Golf Club are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to work alongside the Directors. Who can lead from the front, further capitalising on its strong reputation in the market and seizing the opportunity to drive the business forwards through effective leadership, strong commercial and financial acumen and a passion for the guest journey.

Draycote Hotel and Whitefields Golf Club operate a 71-par Championship Golf Course overlooking the idyllic Draycote Water, 50 guest bedrooms, 2 restaurants and an extensive Meeting and Events space. Substantial investment plans are in place for the future development of the business.

• Excellent remuneration package including bonus for the right candidate.
• To be considered for the role of General Manager you must have current experience in a General Manager position, within a hotel and golf resort and are currently working in the UK.
• This is not a first appointment role and will only suit an experienced General Manager.

You will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and developing your team to continually surpass our guest expectations, whist identifying and delivering new revenue streams and opportunities.

• Willing to relocate or easily commute to the Rugby area.
• Proficient in hotel software, excel and office 365.
