Role: Business Development Manager - Hospitality

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £34,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Company:

Known for being one of the best bar groups in London, my client is a late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a dance. Located in lots of different areas of London. This is the first site up North and will be based in Manchester City Centre. The venue can be hired for private parties and has a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80's and the naughties.

The Role:

This is not your average Business Development role, sat behind a desk bashing the phone all day, this is a customer facing role where you will ultimately be the heart and soul of the venue and the first point of contact for party goers.

Your main duties will include:

• To be the face of the brand and to build relationships with guests, businesses, neighbours and everyone in between.
• You'll be the first point of contact at the site , ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
• Converting enquiries into bookings, from reservations to event enquiries, you'll be the go-to person for creating unforgettable experiences.
• You'll be the brains behind all the events, creating innovative experiences for all our guests, think themed nights and brunches.
• Creating engaging content for the social media platforms, showcasing the best of what the company have to offer.
