Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR department at Hotel Saint London.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will be responsible for thethe smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, through professional planning and administration with particular focus on recruitment and employee relations.

This would suit an HR Officer/Executive looking for their first HR Manager position.

This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.

About you

Essential

Proven HR generalist experience including recruitment and employee relations

Good knowledge of handling employee relations matters

* Recruitment experience

Good legal knowledge and be able to give advice to minimise risks

Ability to determine priorities, plan ahead, work calmly under pressure and schedule work to meet deadlines

Competent with HR systems

Service industry experience

High level of written and verbal business English

Competent computer skills, word, excel, power point

Excellent communicator at all levels

Desirable

Qualified or working towards a Human Resources qualification

Experience of working in a hotel desired or hospitality
