Job Description

We are engaged with another fantastic client; this time, we are looking for Technical Sales Managers / Regional/ Key Account Managers with a contractor and merchant background.



Join a global leader in the bathroom and sanitary products industry! We are currently seeking a driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and enhance business relationships with contractors and merchants across a the region. The area it will cover is from Carlisle straight down to Manchester, Crewe and North Wales, postcodes are ( CA, LA, PR, BB, OL, BL, M, L, SK, CW, CH, LL ) This role is key in ensuring the brand remains a cornerstone of commercial projects across various sectors including schools, hospitals, hotels, high-rise buildings, and student accommodations

Key Responsibilitie


  • s:
    Business Development: Proactively develop new business and nurture repeat business with contractors and merchants of all sizes, from small firms to large National Contractors and Merchan
  • ts.Projects: Actively convert specified projects and secure key business, establishing the brand as a preferred partner in all commercial opportuniti
  • es.Account Management: Oversee key accounts varying in annual spend from £10,000 to £500,000 in a region generating over £6 million in turnover. Employ a consultative sales approach to unlock new business opportuniti
  • es.Team / Clients: Work closely with M&E contractors (70%) and merchants like BSS, Wolseley, and Ashworths (30%), integrating efforts with an 8-person National team and connecting with broader group sales teams for additional client engagemen
