The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our clients' facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or facility malfunctions- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete larger maintenance projects- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing maintenance tasks- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide timely solutions- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and proceduresQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in a related field is preferred- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints- Proficient in using hand and power tools- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Good communication and customer service skills- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWhy Work for Us?At Autonomy Staffing, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
