We are currently looking for a passionateFood & Beverage Attendant to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanentbasis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As aFood & Beverage Attendant your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the arrival experience) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
• Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests expectations.
• Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy,, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
• Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
• Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
