Based near Soho, we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef to join this successful Gastropub and hospitality group. An understanding of fresh produce, supplier relationships, cost management, and experience in reputable fine dining establishments is essential. Youll work closely with an Executive Chef and you will have full creative input on the menu.
