I'm looking for an experienced General Manager who is guest and service focused. You will be involved in the running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that my client's fantastic culture is maintained and propelled. You will set a great example and continue to be involved in the development of the amazing people within the team. You must be able to get involved with the community and be from a Boutique background.

What we would LOVE from you:

• Boutique Experience is a must for this role.

• Creativity and innovation are a big thing your ability to do this effectively whilst maintaining brand standards.
• Being a leader is key! Have had proven experience in managing and developing a team, as well as having the financial accountability and acumen to make it profitable.
• Have a natural love and flair for service and go above and beyond to offer that WOW experience to your guests.
• Be well-presented with excellent personal style (I don't mean you have to wear a 3 piece to work!) With an energetic and lively personality. You will be naturally 'hospitality' and strive for excellence.
• Be a hands-on leader who is not afraid to get stuck in
