Here at DUKES London an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the team as Maintenance Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Managers main responsibility is to ensure that all hotel facilities are kept in the best possible condition (including rooms, public areas, internal and external building, equipment, services and plant).

Maintenance Manager will be assisting Chief Engineer to complete various projects and will work under his leadership alongside other engineers and maintenance technicians, calculating costs, control of maintenance budget and executing plans safely and efficiently to ensure that all the hotel fixtures and fittings are maintained to the highest standard and to Health and Safety regulations.
