The Role

As Host you will play a key role in shaping our guests experience from the very first impression to the final farewell. You will expertly manage our reservation system to maximise efficiency, delivering excellent guest service and maintainig the highest standards of presentation. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Excellent under pressure, with exceptional problem solving skills
• Keen attention to detail in maintaining the highest levels of service and presentation through front of house areas
• A genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing demands
