We have an opportunity for a Concierge to join our Association.The Concierge will be based at our offices in Birmingham.Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis is a key operational post contributing to the management and development of Adullam services in Birmingham.Ensure that the concierge team provide a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation. Ensure that a good standard of professional service is given and will be required to work within the Associations Policies and Procedures.
