Job precis:
This multi-site Cluster Sales Manager role will look after two branded hotels in Heathrow and Woking, both managed by a superb hotel management company. The hotels are corporate bedrooms driven hotels and provide a combined 480 bedrooms, together with popular bars and restaurants and gyms. The Cluster Sales Manager will proactively generate new corporate and groups business for the hotels and develop existing accounts to increase market share.

About the role
- The Cluster Sales Manager will drive sales from key local, domestic and international markets into the hotel.
- Develop relationships with key clients and agents.
- Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
- Lead, manage and develop the on-property sales team.
- The Cluster Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager and brand sales team.
- Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
- Produce sales activity reports as required.
What we are looking for
- Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive experience is essential.
- Current experience within the London market is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
- A self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude is required.
- People management and leadership experience is preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Package short description:
Circa £42,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
